When it comes to natural remedies for depression and anxiety, I’ve heard other practitioner’s say that you shouldn’t use supplements, that you can get all the nutrients you need from your diet. But I believe that they are wrong!

Natural remedies for depression and natural medicine for anxiety should include testing for dietary deficiencies (diet deficiencies). zinc deficiencies symptoms include depression and anxiety. Magnesium and anxiety are linked in many cases.
